Returns & Exchanges

 

At Alphadre we are dedicated in providing our customers with a comforting shopping experience, whilst providing high quality products and customer service. Nevertheless as we are a small startup business all sales are final and nonrefundable, we do not offer refunds for any products or services, simply if a customer has had a change of mind. We encourage you to please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase, to allow a smooth transaction. 

Exchanges 

However, we offer a 14 day exchange/return policy, from the date of delivery, only on FULL PRICED items. To be eligible for an exchange/return you must meet at least one of the below criteria, please see below. 

Your item is not the one you ordered. 

You have received a damaged or defective product. 

Customer wishes to exchange for a different size, colour etc. 

 

To be eligible for a exchange/return, and you meet the above criteria, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


 Return Fraud 

Return/Refund Fraud is prohibited and will not be tolerated, and will result in legal action against the customer. At Alphadre we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer that attempts to register a false return.
